Description
Nimbus Christian Education is a response to God's call to raise up our children to know Him anytime, any-pace, any-space, in every area of life.
Due to increasing demand for Christian online courses Nimbus Christian Education is seeking Teachers to teach online courses in Ontario, Canada.
This is a highly flexible job which allows you to set your own schedule. Complete online course materials will be provided for you as you begin teaching so you won’t have to start from scratch.
Grade level: 5 to 12
Subjects: We welcome applicants in all subject areas but have key areas of need in: Computer Studies, Music, Drama, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Politics, and Mathematics
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree or experience in the relevant subject area.
It would be beneficial if the applicant has:
- Ontario College of Teachers, Christian School Teacher Certificate, or equivalent.
- Taken online courses.
- Taught online courses. (Asynchronous experience preferred.)
- Created online courses.
- Taught in a flipped classroom or blended format classroom.
- Used Google Apps for Education.
- Used Brightspace by D2L.
- Used Moodle.
- Worked in a virtual workplace.
